A party worth booking IS worth coaching. When you meet opportunity with preparation you will achieve success! You will need to be committed to the cause!
When I coach my hostess, I should keep the following tips in mind:
*Remain positive and cheerful.
* Express how fun, simple, and quick it will be.
o Hostesses don‘t want to go overboard with cleaning their home, tons of stuff to eat, etc.
o Women want convenience. If it sounds like a production, the party might not hold.
*Reassure her of my professionalism by letting her know that I will be there, no matter what. Stay in touch with her and enthusiastically encourage her in everything she does, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.
How to COACH your Party

1. Get your host EXCITED! What does she want for free?
*Have her go through the LOOK Book with a black marker & circle the products she loves! Make her wish list. (She can do this when you are closing the others)
2. Before you leave the party, get the guest list of 10-15 people minimum. Have her circle them on the back of the profile cardor add them to the referral list and circle them. The more the better! No guest list, NO party!
3. As soon as you book the appointment, send hostess a confirmation email or text.
* I suggest copying the emails below and saving it as a canned response so you can use over and over. There may be tweaking to be done on an email for a specific event, but generally everything will stay the same. ;) These words work! ;)

4. Send out SAVE THE DATE to hostess guest list. It is crucial you do it right away and it is OK if her guests hear from you first. If you wait for the host to confirm with you after she has talked to some of her girlfriends, the day of the party will likely change or the party may not happen because the host may feel like no one can come. This usually happens because the host talks to 1 person, her best friend and if the best friend can’t make it, the host feels like no one can make it! Women are funny!
