***When you book a party from a party/facial, there are 2 things you must do to HELP make your party hold.

1.  Pick a date.  Doesn't matter if it is tentative, get a date on your calendar.  Most parties are booked within 1-3 weeks.  Try not to go farther then 2 weeks as the likelihood of it holding is not as high. 

2.  Never ever leave without a guest list.  If you are using the referral game located on the back of the profile card, have them circle the 10-15 people (the more the better) they would like to invite to their party.  Then, the next morning (don't let more then a day pass on this one) start the coaching process .

***Make it a goal to book 2 or more parties from each party!  This keeps your business moving!

What do I do after a party/facial?

There are certain things your MUST do after a party to keep your business running smooth.  These steps also make Mary Kay a heck of a lot more fun because everything is organized!  Woohoo!

 

1. Send follow up email to the women you sent home a marketing video to watch

        * Second Bookings (2nd PMS) email

2. Set up your 2 + 2 + 2 follow up messages. Best way to do this is schedule it in your phone as a scheduled message OR put it on your calendar for that day to follow up.

3. Text Angela to tell her when you want to book a follow up call with the customers watching the marketing video.  We will find a time that works for both you and me.

4. Send Thank You cards
